
The Federal Road Traffic Department (Detran-DF) has announced the opening of registrations for the new class of the free course which offers lessons to qualified drivers who have stopped driving out of fear.
The course aims to overcome the difficulties faced by drivers that caused them to stop driving and get them back to driving the vehicles for which they were licensed.
In total, the Introduction to overcoming the fear of driving course will have 20 places per class. Classes will take place from 8:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m., January 5-13 and another class on January 26. Filling will be done in order of registration.

To participate, interested people must make an appointment to register via the Detran-DF Digital application or via the department’s services portal site.
When scheduling, the candidate must go to the Escola Pública de Trânsito, located in the Department Building, 713/913 Sul do Plano Piloto (DF), to register for the vacant position.
Please note that, to register, the driver must have a valid national driving license (CNH).
Introductory course to overcome the fear of driving
- When: January 5 to 13 and 26;
- Opening hours: 8:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.;
- Where: Registration and courses at the Public Traffic School (SEPS – 713/913 Sul – Block D – Ed. Detran-DF);
- Who can participate: Drivers with a valid driver’s license.
