The Digimais bank, controlled by Edir Macedo, head of the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God and owner of TV Record, is facing a legal duel with the EXP 1 fund, of the Yards management company. The problems began a few months after the bank transferred a portfolio worth 659.8 million reais to the fund in March. An audit found problems in 42% of transferred bank credit notes (CCBs), some of which originally came from Banco Master.
