According to the document, “relevant information relating to vehicle rental contracts was identified, with consistent evidence that the car rented in Rio de Janeiro was used by his daughter.”
The investigation analyzes contracts paid with resources from the parliamentary quota, a mechanism intended exclusively to reimburse expenses linked to the exercise of the mandate. Sóstenes Cavalcante will speak about the case this Friday (12/19), during a press conference.

According to the PF, the elements collected include dialogues, financial files and data extracted from previous investigations, which raise suspicions about the destination of the rented vehicles.
The decision also highlights that in addition to possible irregular use, a broader investigation is underway into financial transactions considered atypical, the use of companies suspected of being empty shells and payments that allegedly took place outside of formal contracts. Dino understood that all the evidence justifies continued diligence and a deeper investigation.
