The Italian restaurant All Bene In the town of Fuengirola, Malaga, madness is unleashed with its good cuisine and unbeatable treatment towards diners. Now, for these Christmas holidays, they were able to bring their customers a 20 kilo paneton, … in a sort of small party at the restaurant.
But before doing it with a large provolone cheese dimensions coming from Italy itself. With a curious bell shape, the Auricchio product aroused the astonishment of customers who, amazed, contemplated the majestic cheese weighing 50 kilos.
“My father’s idea was to cut them and make the pasta here,” explains one of the cook’s sons, pointing to another small one. “It’s a spicy provolone.”says the Italian master who starts by cutting the lid and giving it the taste.

Amid applause, the piece of provolone is well received at the restaurant whose customers do not want to miss such an Italian delicacy. “He was lucky today, you don’t open cheese like that every day,” says the Ramazzootto patriarch. “The whole bell is cheese,” he tells the diners.
“They prepared it specially for us because it’s not as if everyone was going to order 50 kilos,” explains the owner of the establishment. “It’s an old Auricchio provolone“It’s the oldest thing I’ve done with this type of product,” while continuing to do a little tasting. And later, he tells his followers on social networks the real recipe that will be made with said cheese: “The dish that we are going to prepare with the spicy provolone is a torchio macaroni with a red pesto of dried tomatoes, pine nuts, almonds and basil.”
