Fans quickly commented on the singer’s body and asked her to share her workout routine. “Give me an ab workout,” one person said. Another user added: “No lyrics, just Dua Lipa.”
Exercise routine
Dua Lipa has already commented on her routine and the effort she puts in to stay fit. This includes weight training and, of course, the singer’s favorite, Pilates, which helps tone her body and prepares her for hours on stage.
The owner of a successful Houdini company, who has reformist exercise equipment at home, highly praised the practice. “I always wear high heels, so my abs are very important,” she told Vogue earlier this year.

Additionally, Dua loves high-intensity interval training (HIIT) because “it’s so fast that it’s over before it even starts.” The method involves jumping, climbing and burpees, and the exercises last about 20 to 45 seconds, with a rest of 10 to 15 seconds.
The singer also loves to practice boxing. “I like to do this to keep fit and clear my mind.”
According to Peter McIver, who previously trained her, she also does cardio and resistance training three to four times a week, which includes hill running and a full-body strength workout.
