Illuminated every evening in Enseada de Botafogo, the Christmas tree designed by Abel Gomes offers a program every weekend to entertain the public. The structure opened on November 30 and is 80 meters high and has more than 2.3 million LED lights.

The person who opens work at 5:30 p.m. is the Arruda Groupwhich celebrates two decades and constitutes one of the pillars of contemporary samba in Rio. Under the direction of Gustavo Carvalho, known as Palmito, the group respects the traditions of samba and has won public and critical recognition. He won Talentos do Samba (Ambev) and participated in historic projects such as Samba Social Clube. He praised albums by authors such as Flores em Vida and Banho de Folhas.
Bloco Vem Cá, Minha Flor then performs with her energy and the power of Rio’s street carnival with samba, axe, marchinhas, forró and hits.
Sunday, the presence of Santa’s blockat 4 p.m., with a repertoire of Christmas classics. At the front of the stage, Bom Velhinho appears accompanied by his elf musicians. The group is led by Daniel Pimenta, Santa’s tuba, alongside elves Filipe Paninho (drums), Gabe Pontes (saxophone), Raphael Cardosin (trumpet) and Shanso Araújo (trombone).

Already the Young Camerata of Rio de Janeiro occurs at 5 p.m. With 17 young musicians, between 18 and 28 years old, from the Social Action for Music project and residents of different favelas, it is one of the most relevant young concert music collectives in the country. He has performed on stages such as the Municipal Theater of Rio de Janeiro, Sala Cecília Meireles, Cidade das Artes and Rock in Rio, in addition to sharing the stage with artists such as Yamandú Costa, Cláudio Cruz, Lang Lang and Koh Gabriel Kameda. His international career includes tours across Europe, performances at the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, as well as concerts at the UN, New York and Geneva, as well as the Swiss Charity Award, received in Zurich.
The Enseada de Botafogo Christmas tree will be on the postcard until January 6. The event is free. On Saturdays and Sundays in December, at 7:30 p.m., fireworks are organized.

- Two tunnels: tunnel 1, at the start of Rua São Clemente (natural exit from the metro), and the point near the Argentina building, on Botafogo beach, near 228.
- As the area is large and, for security reasons, there will be no street crossings, the entire flow will be guided inside the tunnels, guaranteeing organization, comfort and ease of location for those arriving from the Enseada de Botafogo Christmas tree.
