The professionals of the Platense Medical Association (AMP) will cancel the force measurement and take care of the members of the Medical Assistance Work Institute as normal from today.
The AMP authorities reported that on this day the relevant payments will be settled and made to the union members.
The doctors suspended the service between afternoon and evening last Friday after failing to receive the relevant payment from IOMA on time. This sparked a heated confrontation with the institute, which even threatened to sue the doctors’ union.
Specifically, the IOMA reported that “on Friday, December 12, it made the payment of more than 4,000 million pesos in medical fees to the Platense Medical Association (AMP), thus timely fulfilling the commitment made to the authorities of this institution. However, despite the corresponding payment, the AMP did not cancel the reduction in benefits from zero o’clock announced on Saturday, December 13, which has resulted in a situation that the IOMA as “unjustified, inappropriate and extreme.” institutional gravity.”
They added that “possible delays in the accreditation of funds are not due to legal obstacles or limitations of the financial system,” adding that “they could represent irregular management of resources for a specific purpose.”
The AMP reported that “the terms (of the IOMA declaration) are an absolute fallacy, since the funds repeatedly claimed by this association were transferred after 3:30 p.m. on Friday December 12 (the evidence they consider relevant and proving the exact time of the deposit will be made available to the control bodies), a fact that made the classification, management and transfer of the funds to the more than 5,000 member doctors impossible.”
They added: “It must also be made clear that not only was the deposit delayed, but moreover IOMA did not pay all the invoices issued, thereby once again breaching the proper agreement.”
