Paulo Marcelo Gehm Hoff was born in Paranavaí, Paraná. Son of a father graduated in clinical analysis and a mother from Rio Grande do Sul de Passo Fundo. In this exclusive interview, he looks back on his childhood and talks about the support of his family, who always encouraged discipline, study and curiosity. As chair of oncology at Rede D’Or and professor at USP, he addressed the use of technology combined with the humanization that oncological treatment requires.
