Duosystem, a Brazilian company specializing in information technology for the healthcare sector, has launched DUOCORE, a unified platform that brings together and integrates all the solutions offered by the company into a single digital ecosystem. The new suite consolidates the regulation, telehealth, management and communication modules, marking a new phase of portfolio expansion aimed at providing comprehensive solutions for the digital management of health systems.
With an architecture based on electronic health records (ESR) and compatibility with HL7 and RNDS standards, DUOCORE enables the secure exchange of information between public and private institutions, including hospital networks, health operators and the Unified Health System (SUS).
According to João Paulo Campi, president of Duosystem, DUOCORE was developed to connect the different stages of care — “from regulation and planning to diagnosis, treatment and monitoring,” by unifying the company’s technologies and intensively applying automation.
Integration and efficiency
Among its resources, the system concentrates the patient’s history in a centralized and interoperable RES, capable of integrating with bases such as TISS, Saúde@SUS, CNES, SIRESP, UPA 24h, SAMU 192, HÓRUS and Medex.
João Paulo Campi explains that access control and management modules use algorithms and predictive analytics to optimize resource allocation, reduce queues and support real-time decisions. “The Telehealth module integrates remote screening, digital prescribing, remote monitoring, as well as support for remote learning and connected medical devices.”
Another strong point is Comunica+, a platform dedicated to interaction with patients and professionals, with chatbot, notifications, streaming and evaluation of services.
Security and Compliance
With ISO/IEC 27001 certification, DUOCORE complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Act (LGPD) and international information security standards. Campi specifies that the solution adopts strict protocols to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of clinical data.
For him, this launch strengthens the consolidation of digital health ecosystems. “We believe technology can transform the sector, making it more efficient, accessible and personalized. This platform was designed to offer an integrated vision of care, based on data and intelligence.
Operating in different regions of the country, Duosystem has intensified its investments in innovation and the development of interoperable solutions. The company is betting that advances in digitalization and data-driven management should drive demand for tools that combine technology, regulation and operational efficiency in the Brazilian healthcare system.
