In the early hours of yesterday, a violent incident of insecurity was reported in La Loma, where a 30-year-old man was surprised in his home by three armed criminals who beat him, threatened to kill him and fled with cash.
According to the account, around 1:20 a.m., while the victim was resting in his room, he heard noises coming from the terrace. Moments later, he was approached in the bedroom by three men wearing dark clothing and gloves, one of whom had his face uncovered and was carrying a pistol.
According to the story, the gunman began hitting him in the head with the weapon while the other two accomplices joined in with punches and kicks. Using death threats, the attackers demanded money and valuables as they ransacked the house with a flashlight, searching and disarranging the various rooms.
After remaining at the scene for about an hour, the attackers stole P350,000 in cash and a Samsung cell phone and then fled. The victim stated that the criminals entered through the unlocked kitchen door. The farm is located at number 46 between 28 and 29.
After the attack, the victim moved to a relative’s house in the town of Lisandro Olmos, from where, on the recommendation of those around him, he finally decided to file a complaint. He clarified that despite the attacks he suffered, he did not receive medical attention and that there were no surveillance cameras in his house.
