Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 100 ml of oil
- 100 ml of water
- 1 level spoonful of salt
- 50 g grated cheese
- 400 g sweetened cassava starch
Preparation method
- Beat the eggs, oil, water and salt in a blender until smooth.
- Place the tapioca starch in a bowl and add the beaten mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Add the grated cheese and mix gently.
- Form into balls and place on a greased or lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 180°C for around 25 minutes, until golden brown.
