Preparation method
In a large container, mix the lukewarm milk, oil, yeast and salt.
Add the wheat flour little by little, mixing until you obtain a dough that does not stick to your hands.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into two equal parts.
Roll out one of the pieces with a rolling pin on a clean, floured surface.
Spread a layer of tomato sauce, distribute the ham, mozzarella, cream cheese and finish with the oregano.
Fold in the sides and roll up like a jelly roll.
Repeat the process with the other part of the dough.
Place the bread on a greased baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven, wait for it to cool and serve in slices.
