Access to Section 5 – which surrounds the monument – is controlled through ticket offices housed in a modern, welcoming building, where visitors can choose between reusable paths, ideal for those who prioritize safety, and paths with multiple panoramic views towards Mirador Farallones, Mirador Pacifico and Mirador Valley.
The road culminates in the Terrazza building, which offers a 360-degree view and small hallsbefore arriving at the famous Christ the King Monument, a symbol of the city for more than seventy years.

As for the management, the Cristo Rey Integrated Park has established itself as a destination that combines religious tourism and nature on an area of 39 thousand square meters. Among the main attractions are six viewpoints, a 1.2 km trail, eco-friendly bathrooms, parking, an exclusive emergency road and facilities ensuring the inclusion of people with limited mobility.

This modernization process is the result of the recent joint management agreement between the Office of the Mayor of Cali, through the Administrative Department of Environmental Management (Dagma), and the CRP, whose main objective is to foster interest, expand the service offer and promote the Ecopark and its associated areas, such as the Cristo Rey Tourism Experience Center and the COP16 Biodiversity Park in Pance, as tourist, recreational and environmental references of the municipality.
In the case of COP16 Biodiversity Park, opening hours have also been extended, starting from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., every day except Monday, or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday.
