- Vehicles with hologram “0” and “00”, blue stickers and plates ending in 9 and 0.
- Units without verification hologramincluding old vehicles, demo vehicles, transfer vehicles, new vehicles, with tourist ID cards, foreign license plates or license plates consisting only of letters.

- Cars included in the Héroes Paisano and Migrante Mexiquense programs.
- Vehicles that transport goods or perishable products in cooling systems and concrete mixers.
Authorities recommend avoiding outdoor activities, reducing car use, avoiding burns or campfires and reporting health problems to medical services.
