The stock of formal employees in Brazil reached 57,132,156 in 2024, an increase of 3.3% from the previous year. The data appears in the Annual List of Social Information (Rais), which the Ministry of Labor will publish tomorrow (30). Connections increased in all regions of the country, led, proportionally, by the Central West (5.5%) and the South East (3.5%) and in all sectors, with emphasis on services (3.7%). The figures, published with a one-year delay, were presented exclusively to the Value.
