
The effects of the extratropical cyclone are already being felt in Santa Catarina this Tuesday (12/09). Around 6:30 a.m., Civil Defense issued a severe weather alert for the municipalities of Biguaçu, Florianópolis, Palhoça and São José, with the risk of heavy rain, flooding and flash floods.
