Scalpers CEO Borja Vázquez considers clothing adulteration to be “publish for free” and assures that there is an audience that buys them and another that “never would.”
“It’s a way for the brand to be seen in the … street”, says the CEO of Scalpers, while expressing his concern about “scams and thefts”. “There are fake sites, from Scalpers and other brands, which are proliferating,” he laments.
According to him, many people have fallen victim to these websites that impersonate different fashion brands and yet this has nothing to do with them.
Scalpersa Sevillian brand founded in 2007 as a men’s fashion brand, has established itself as a reference in lifestyle, with a proposal that currently covers fashion for men, women, boys, girls and home.
From its headquarters and logistics warehouse in Seville, and with offices in Madrid and Lisbonthe company has more than 350 points of sale in seven countries – Spain, Portugal, France, Mexico, Chile, Colombia and the United Arab Emirates – and a global team of more than 1,600 people. Scalpers moves 4.5 million garments per year, with an online channel accounting for 24% of sales.
