New expert report confirms that presenter Ana Hickmann’s signatures were forged
A new expert report confirms that the signatures of Ana Hickmann documents involving Ana’s company, Hickmann Serviços and Banco Safra were falsified. She contested the veracity of the information, thus blocking a coercive action initiated by Safra.
The criminal expert, Silvana A. ManzI, appointed by the court, submitted the report based on the signature attributed to the communicator. She explained that she had made detailed comparisons between the two signatures, the one on the bank documents and the legitimate one. The forgery was confirmed after inconsistencies in the rhythm, speed, pressure and caliber of the signatures were discovered.
Action suspended by judge
Monday (15), the chronicle of Fabia Oliveira Metropole discovered that the judge in charge of the case decided to suspend the action considering that the report had not been approved.
The report could have a positive outcome for the presenter and for Hickmann Serviços. However, the document still needs to be approved and nothing has been decided.
About the case
The case begins in 2024 when Banco Safra files a request for execution against Presentadora da Record, alleging non-payment of a loan issued in 2020 in the amount of 315,000 reais to be paid in 30 installments.
Ana and her company embargoed the action in July last year, ensuring that the bank credit note bore signatures made by other people without their consent.
Alexandre Correa is sentenced to prison for insulting Ana Hickmann’s lawyer
The businessman Alexandre Corréaex-husband of the presenter Ana Hickmannsuffered another defeat in court.
