
The Board of Directors of the Brazilian Investor Relations Institute (IBRI) has elected the President and Vice Presidents for the 2026-2027 biennium. Fernando Foz de Macedo was elected president of the Board of Directors. Bruna Gambôa and Lícia Rosa were elected vice-presidents.
Fernando Foz de Macedo replaces Renata Oliva Battiferro, who chaired the Board of Directors of the Institute for the period 2024-2025. Renata Oliva Battiferro now joins the IBRI Senior Steering, Nomination and Ethics Committee.

Brief CV – Fernando Foz de Macedo has a solid trajectory in the financial market, with 24 years of experience at Itaú Unibanco and Itaúsa. Throughout his career he has accumulated relevant experience in areas directly related to capital markets, with emphasis on investor relations, treasury and open market consulting, in addition to credit and participation in the privatization group, involving acquisition processes of banks such as Banerj, BMG, BEG, Banestado and other companies, in addition to the merger of Itaú with Unibanco. This experience has contributed to the relationship with analysts and investors, to the transparency of market information and to the strengthening of governance practices.
As part of the IBRI, he participated as a board member during the 2020-2021 biennale, with an active role in the Institute’s discussions and initiatives. Contribution to the technical and strategic vision of investor relations, regulation, capital markets and investor communication, supporting the development and dissemination of best practices in the activity in Brazil.
Bruna Gambôa is the Superintendent of Investor Relations at CSU Digital and has 18 years of professional experience, 14 of which have been spent in the area of Investor Relations. He has worked in publicly listed companies in different sectors and in investment funds, focusing on international relations, financial transaction structuring, corporate communications and social media. Between 2007 and 2012 he worked at B3 (Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão) and the Brazilian Association of Financial Entities and Capital Market (ANBIMA), participating in the analysis of public equity and debt offerings.
Lícia Rosa is Head of Investor Relations at Itaúsa, with over 15 years of experience in the field of Investor Relations, working in the companies Rede (2010-2013), Itaú Unibanco (2013-2023) and Itaúsa (2023-current). His experience is focused on initiatives aimed at best transparency practices in capital markets and in relations with shareholders, investors and analysts. She was recognized in 2023 as the best large-cap IR professional (APIMEC IBRI Award) and, in 2025, as the third best IR professional in the non-bank financial sector in Latin America, according to Extel/Institutional Investor.
