Flamengo won another trophy this season. Rubro-Negro beat Cruz Azul 2 x 1 this Wednesday (10/12), a match that marked their debut in the Intercontinental Cup and guaranteed a place in the semi-finals. The match marked the meeting of the Concacaf Champions League champion and the winner of the Libertadores, called Dérby das Américas. On social media, FIFA President Gianni Infantino congratulated Mengão.
