Ingredients
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 cup fine rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of melted butter
- 1 cup (tea) of lukewarm water
- 1 packet of dry yeast (10 g)
Preparation method
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, oats, sugar and salt.
- Add the dry yeast and stir lightly to distribute evenly.
- Add the melted butter and gradually add the lukewarm water, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a clean surface and knead for about 8 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a cloth and let rest for about 1 hour, or until doubled in volume.
- Shape the bread into the desired shape, place it in a greased pan and let it rise for another 20 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, wait for it to cool before slicing and serve as you prefer.
