Fintech UY3, which provides digital infrastructure for credit and banking, announced the raising of 200 million reais from funds managed by Vinci Compass. The resources (fundraising is through debt, not equity) will be used to acquire shares in the subordinate class of Credit Rights Investment Funds (FDIC) from partner companies that use the UY3 platform to manage lines of credit, primarily the new Private Payroll Loan.
