
The National Geographic Institute (IGN) recorded this Monday morning a total of five earthquakes southwest of the island of El Hierro. The largest of these had a magnitude of 3.8 and occurred at 1:56 a.m., at a depth of 36 kilometers.
The rest of the tremors were located between 27 and 37 kilometers deep, with magnitudes between 1.8 and 2.2. Despite the number of earthquakes, no personal or property damage reportedas shown Review log.
