Galapagos Capital announced the issuance of insurance risk notes (LRS) of up to 100 million reais in the second such offering in the Brazilian market. BS2 Seguros is the counterparty to the operation, responsible for issuing the legal guarantee insurance policies. The title has a duration of six years.
