Digital influencer Samuel Sant’Anna, known as Gato Preto, was arrested this Sunday morning (14), in the Eastern zone of São Paulo.
He was arrested by military police after being identified by the surveillance system called Muralha Paulista, which indicated the existence of an open arrest warrant.

The court order was issued due to non-payment of alimony, with a debt exceeding R$57,000.
After his arrest, the influencer was taken to the 30th Police District (Tatuapé), where he remains at the disposal of Justice.

History
Gato Preto has a history of arrests and investigations. Since November this year, he has been responding to a complaint filed by a military police officer. The action was filed in October by Prime Minister Cleber de Almeida Moura, following an incident at a car wash in Rio de Janeiro.
According to the bulletin, the influencer and his colleagues were approached by police after finding a fake gun with the group’s security guard. Everyone was taken to the police station for clarification. According to the report, without authorization, Gato Preto allegedly photographed the police officer’s face and posted the image on social media with the caption: “Get out, perrequeiros.”
The police officer claims that the expression has a derogatory and derogatory nature, suggesting provocative and confrontational behavior. In the lawsuit, Cleber requests compensation of R$30,000 for moral damage, in addition to a public retraction on the influencer’s social networks.
In August this year, Gato Preto was also involved in a serious road accident while driving a Porsche. The case resulted in the charge being upgraded from bodily injury to attempted murder, given evidence of alcohol and illicit substance use.
