- 1.2 kg boiled and mashed potatoes
- 2 egg yolks
- ½ cup cornstarch
- 4 tablespoons of melted butter
- Butter for greasing
- 1 cup (tea) tomato sauce
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Filling:
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves of crushed garlic
- 3 cups cooked and shredded short ribs
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- ½ cup chopped green chili
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation method
In a frying pan, melt the butter for the topping and sauté the onion and garlic for about three minutes.
Add the ribs, tomatoes, sauce, green chilies, salt and pepper and sauté for five minutes. Book.
In a bowl, mix the potato, egg yolks, cornstarch and melted butter until a smooth dough forms. Adjust salt if necessary.
Spread half of the dough in a greased baking dish.
Spread the filling on top and cover with the rest of the dough.
Drizzle with tomato sauce and finish with mozzarella.
Bake in a preheated medium oven for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.
