EasyPlan has been certified by Great Place to Work (GPTW), a recognition given to organizations that achieve high favorability ratings in organizational climate surveys and demonstrate good people management practices.
To obtain the GPTW label, it is necessary to achieve at least 70% favorability in the climate survey carried out by the institution itself, in addition to meeting technical criteria such as a minimum sample of respondents, proportional to the number of employees of the company.
The survey is conducted anonymously and independently, ensuring that responses reliably reflect employees’ perceptions of the work environment.
According to Great Place to Work, the methodology used aims to “measure, in a precise and comparable way, the experience of employees in the workplace, based on universal pillars which characterize an organizational culture of excellence”.
Studies and reports associated with GPTW indicate that certified organizations tend to have lower turnover rates and higher levels of engagement among their employees.
According to Fernando Maurício, Head of Customer and Employee Experience (CX/EX) at EasyPlan, the certification process was carried out with a focus on active listening to teams and structured analysis of internal data and information.
For the manager, “the result obtained reflects EasyPlan’s continued commitment to strengthening the employee experience and consolidating an organizational culture oriented towards collaboration and commitment, highlighting coherence between internal practices and the provision of value to customers”.
The recognition given to EasyPlan reinforces a trend observed in the business market. “Companies that maintain a strong organizational culture, based on transparency, trust and valuing people, tend to achieve better results in innovation, productivity and talent retention, essential factors of sustainability and competitiveness in the contemporary business scenario,” concludes Maurício.
