The sisters Hannah and AshleyMembers of the duet Ha*Ashreceived unexpected news the evening before Christmas: His brother Steven had an accident while putting up a string of lights around their house.
According to the information shared by the singers through their social networks, the ladder that their brother was using slipped in the snow (they live in the United States), which caused him to fall on the asphalt.
“Today we have to be my brother’s nurse because this happened to him while he was hanging Christmas lights. We just got back from the hospital,” Ashley said on Instagram.
The singers didn’t reveal anything about their brother’s health, but showed him recovering in bed with a bandaged arm.
That wasn’t all, they also released a video of the exact moment his brother suffered the accident. In this footage, Steven is seen climbing a ladder leaning against the ceiling and falling just as he is about to reach the top.
The reactions were immediate and while some users wished the Ha*Ash brother a speedy recovery, others praised the singers’ sense of humor.
