National Police officers second man arrested for his alleged involvement in the death of another 35-year-old man, in the Valencian town of Xirivella, a crime that occurred last September after the victim was shot several times in the back.
As police sources informed Europa Press this Thursday, the arrest took place around 9:30 a.m. this Wednesday in the Valencian city itself. This is the second man arrested for this crime and is also father of the first inmate in connection with these events and that he was arrested in Requena in the first days of November and sent to prison.
The 65-year-old man, now arrested, is also considered the alleged perpetrator of a crime of homicide since he was accompanying his son at the time of the events. The detainee was already brought to court this Thursday morning.
The crime took place in early September, when a man shot several times with a gun on another from behind in Xirivella, in the middle of the street.
Agents of the Homicide group of the Provincial Judicial Police Brigade of Valencia took charge of the investigation into the event which resulted in the arrest on the night of November 6 of the first detainee and this Wednesday 10 of the second.
