Preparation method
- Cut the apples into small cubes or grate them for easier cooking.
- In a saucepan, combine the milk, pudding powder, apples and cinnamon.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
- Pour the cream, while still hot, into a lightly moistened or greased mold.
- Refrigerate for 3 to 5 hours, until firm.
- Unmold and serve chilled.
