Preparation method
- Mix the warm milk, eggs, oil and sugar in a blender for about three to four minutes until smooth.
- Transfer to a large bowl, add the yeast and mix well.
- Add the flour little by little, mixing until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
- Add salt and mix until combined. The dough should be soft and sticky.
- Cover with a clean cloth and let sit for about an hour, until doubled in volume.
- Pour the dough into a buttered mold and spread it with a spoon.
- If desired, brush the top with egg yolk.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for around 50 minutes, until golden brown.
