Preparation method
Grate the ginger and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the grated ginger, eggs, salt, ground cinnamon, margarine, sugar and baking powder.
Mix well until you obtain a homogeneous cream.
Add the cornstarch little by little, stirring to combine the dough.
Gradually add the wheat flour, mixing until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
Transfer the dough to a counter and knead until it no longer sticks to your hands.
Roll out the dough and cut the biscuits into the desired shape.
Place on a baking tray and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until lightly browned.
Remove from oven, let cool and serve.
