The National Social Security Agency (ANSES) informs you that to apply for the General Pension for the Elderly (PUAM), your contact information, your address and that of your family group must be registered and updated in the ANSES databases.
This information can be viewed on the anses.gob.ar website in the section “My ANSES with CUIL and Social Security Code”.
If you have updated information, there is no need to resubmit documentation. If your personal information or that of your family group changes, it is mandatory to report this situation to ANSES.
The Universal Pension for the Elderly (PUAM) is a lifelong, non-contributory benefit aimed at people aged 65 or over (men and women) who do not meet the requirements for access to a regular pension. In the event of the owner’s death, there is no entitlement to a pension, but there is an entitlement to the family maintenance allowance.
