The spokesperson for Vox in the Andalusian Parliament, Manuel Gavira, made it clear that the party’s candidate for president of the Junta in the 2026 regional elections will be chosen when the elections are officially “called”because “the important thing is … the message and not the messenger.
In an interview with Europa Press, Gavira indicated that Vox always chooses its candidate for the Council when the elections are “called” by the President of the Council, because what counts are “the principles and the proposals”.
