Cynthia Decker He has everything ready for Carnival 2026. The model will make her debut as Salguero’s muse and took advantage of the mini-show at Cidade do Samba, in Rio, this Sunday (30/11), to talk about how the preparations are going. The date also falls on Samba Day week, celebrated on Tuesday (02/12), an ideal ritual for those who enter this universe for eternity.

According to Cynthia, entry into the world of the carnival has the direct involvement of Peter Scobiewho follows everything closely and makes sure to encourage her every step of the way.
“I learned everything about carnival from him. He was the one who introduced me to this world and made me fall in love. I ask him for everything: from appearance to samba. He helps me a lot. If something is bad (samba in the foot), he tells me. He is very honest. Pedro likes things to be perfect.”

Salguero’s muse also said she is committed to training and preparing with the same focus as someone who has seen the backstage of the carnival up close alongside her husband (now, in a prominent position on the boulevard). In the process, she shares the same samba teacher as Virginia Fonseca, Carlinhos do Salguero, and she doesn’t shy away from marathon training.
“We are fighting for this, and we are training a lot! It is very stressful, and we want to do well and show everything we have learned.”
