Ibovespa declines as future interest rates rise and global stock markets fall finance

B3 has released the first preview of the Ibovespa wallet that will go live in January. Copasa common stock (CSMG3) is included, while CVC common stock (CVCB3) is excluded.

At approximately 10:30 am, the index lost 0.55%, at 158,196 points, with a maximum of 159,029 points and a minimum of 158,029 points. Overseas, the S&P 500 fell 0.65% and the Stoxx 600 fell 0.54%. At the time mentioned, the expected volume of Ibovespa was only R$12.8 billion.

Most stocks fell, with the focus on banking stocks: Itaú PN fell 1%, BB ON lost 1.20%, and Bradesco preferred shares lost 1.22%. Among the biggest decliners in the trading session, RD Saúde ON lost 2.21%, and on the positive side, Hapvida ON rose 1.63%.
