The First Chamber of the Provincial Court of Palma will judge this Wednesday (9:45 a.m.) a man accused of sexually abusing his underage daughter in the capital of the Balearic Islands.
The public prosecutor’s office is requesting that he be sentenced as a suspected perpetrator of sexual abuse to a prison sentence of two years and compensation of 3,000 euros.
The events occurred, as the prosecutor explains in his indictment, in June 2021 when the man met his daughter, who lived in a center and had a permit, and invited her to go to his home.
There he groped her and kissed her on the mouth without her consent. The man had previously been convicted of a crime of domestic and gender-based violence in 2009 and 2013 and of theft in 2018.
