About late payment
In a building, 17% of the functional units have debts. This means that out of 100 departments, 17 have debts. This also applies to CABA and the province of Buenos Aires and is a trend that will continue throughout 2024 and will continue into 2025.
In November, average interest rates were 4.8% in CABA and 6.1% in Buenos Aires Province. “Before the end of the year, it is important to speak to defaulting debtors again to make payment arrangements,” explained Laiuppa.
“Most consortiums close the year between defaults, maintenance, adjustments and bonuses. Today there are technologies that create accountability and make it possible to predict expenses, organize processes and maintain control without losing direction,” he emphasized.
