Los Bermejales is a young neighborhood. I arrived more than twenty years ago, when it was still under construction: there were more lots than buildings and the dynamics of the neighborhood were still being invented. At that time the gastronomic offer was practically non-existent, a few breakfast bars and nothing else. All that has changed.
