
Los Bermejales is a young neighborhood. I arrived more than twenty years ago, when it was still under construction: there were more lots than buildings and the dynamics of the neighborhood were still being invented. At that time the gastronomic offer was practically non-existent, a few breakfast bars and nothing else. All that has changed. Over those years, it seems the city grew around the neighborhood, and with that momentum came businesses, bars, and restaurants that saw Los Bermejales as a place to gamble and put down roots.
