With more than 5 million followers on Instagram, This Lopes She became famous by playing an eccentric character: a snobbish billionaire, full of exaggerations and irony. However, off-screen, the influencer takes a very different approach to beauty and self-care. Instead of following passing trends or complicated routines, its philosophy is based on simplicity, consistency and conscious choices. At GLOBO, she reveals how she takes care of her skin and body in a practical and balanced way, reflecting an aesthetic maturity that goes beyond appearance.

For this, skin care begins the day before. Even after busy days, she never gives up an essential ritual. “No matter how tired I am, I never sleep with makeup on or without moisturizing my face,” she says.
In the morning, the routine is direct and objective. “I wash my face with vitamin C soap, moisturize, and apply colorless sunscreen,” Cela explains. Having sensitive skin, she is careful about the products she uses and follows the “less is more” philosophy. “My skin is sensitive, so I’m very careful. Everything has to be done correctly, but without exaggeration,” he explains.
Despite the sophisticated options available in the market, Cela maintains a simple and affordable item in one’s daily routine. “I use Nivea cream, which costs around R$34, and I apply it almost every day. It works great for my skin and has never disappointed me.” However, the influencer is also looking for new alternatives. “Recently, I started testing creams based on specific active ingredients that I like and I love it. I should have done it sooner!”, he confides. She also points out that not all treatments require a bottle: “Facial massage is a simple but powerful trick. And the best part is, it’s free!”

With her fame, one of the biggest advances for Cela has been the ability to count on specialized professionals to guide her.
“What has changed the most is access to professionals. Every time I have a skin problem, like spots or allergies, I go to my dermatologist for faster treatment,” he reveals. This greater attention to her body’s needs has also allowed her to better understand what works for her: “Today, I can personalize my care based on what I know works for me,” she says. In addition, the content creator takes advantage of her travels to discover new products and techniques. “Every time I travel, I buy something new to try. One brand that has recently entered my routine is Medicube. The masks and moisturizers there are amazing!” he says.

When asked about a single item that represents her relationship to beauty, Cela doesn’t hesitate: “Sunscreen. Without a doubt.” For the influencer, this product symbolizes maturity in skincare.
“Sunscreen is about consistency and prevention. It’s not about immediate results, but about respecting the skin over time,” he emphasizes. The model believes that by taking this preventative approach, she feels more secure in her skincare routine. “If I take care of my skin, I automatically feel more confident and this is directly reflected in the way I position myself on a daily basis,” he observes.

When it comes to true and timeless beauty, Cela advocates a more intuitive look and less conditioned by fashions.
“I would say that you have to listen more to your body and your skin, and less to trends. Sometimes we follow a fashion without asking ourselves if it will really work on our skin,” he comments. For her, true beauty is simple and authentic. “It’s about consistency, simplicity and authenticity. It’s not about doing everything, it’s about doing what works for you and what fits into your routine,” he concludes.
