Singer Clemente Tadeu Nascimento, guitarist and singer of Inocentes e Plebe Rude, suffered a heart attack last Thursday (11/12) and underwent emergency heart surgery. The 62-year-old musician was in Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul, for a show during Ararunafest, when he felt unwell.
Clemente’s family released an official statement on the situation, thanked the public for their support and asked for understanding and privacy during this delicate time.

Health status
This Saturday (13/12), Clemente Tadeu’s team took stock of his state of health. According to the medical report, Clemente is now non-intubated, awake and conscious.
“We inform you that Clemente is not intubated, awake and conscious, and has even spoken a little with his family. His condition is stable and he continues to recover in intensive care. We continue to thank all the messages of affection and prayers,” he said.
