the Beyond Domoticsthe digital automation and intelligence company of the Golden Group, begins a new phase by integrating its technologies into the Smart City Golden Agro, implemented in the municipality of Pilão Arcado (BA). The initiative will bring to the semi-arid region a range of Internet of Things (IoT), automation and artificial intelligence solutions aimed at agriculture, energy and housing management.
The proposal is to transform rural land into a fully connected environment, where every element – from irrigation to energy consumption – is controlled by independent sensors and algorithms. The system will allow the countryside to operate with the same level of technological proficiency as smart cities.
Applying digital intelligence to the field
In Golden Agro nurseries and pilot areas, Beyond will implement climate monitoring, automated irrigation, temperature control and lighting systems. Each greenhouse will have sensors that adjust watering, ventilation and light according to the plants’ needs and soil conditions.
This data will be transmitted wirelessly to a central platform, which will allow engineers and agronomists to monitor growth indicators and water consumption in real time, even hundreds of kilometers away. The systems will be powered by solar energy from Golden Solar Vale, making operations 100% sustainable.
Home and building automation
In addition to the agricultural areas, Beyond will be responsible for the automation of the Golden Home smart homes, built by the Tripartite Construtora e Incorporadora around the smart agricultural city. These homes will contain automated lighting, security, air conditioning and energy consumption systems, controlled by applications and voice assistants.
Integration with Golden Solar Vale will allow each residence to adjust consumption according to the day’s solar generation, ensuring energy independence and thermal comfort. The housing units will also feature air quality sensors and automatic temperature control, with technology similar to that used in production environments.
Communication in the health service
Beyond’s technology will also integrate the facial scanner and digital medical examination system developed by Saúde Golden. Biometric devices, thermal cameras and environmental sensors will be linked to the Beyond platform, ensuring that medical data is transmitted securely and in real-time to the smart city’s digital health centre.
This integration of automation, medical AI and clean energy cements the project as one of the first fully connected rural cities in Latin America, combining technological innovation and human care in the same ecosystem.
Clean energy and independent connectivity
All Beyond systems will be powered by solar energy supplied by Golden Solar Vale, which ensures stability and autonomy even in periods of low generation. The model uses smart batteries and inverters linked to the digital platform, allowing consumption to be adjusted on demand.
This arrangement creates the concept of a smart rural grid, where energy, data and productivity are managed in an integrated and sustainable way – representing a milestone in the digital transformation of the Brazilian countryside. Connectivity will be maintained through hybrid networks combining local fiber optics, satellite broadcasting and radio, ensuring continuous operation even in remote areas.
With its arrival at Smart City Golden Agro, Beyond opens a new phase: expanding intelligent automation for agribusiness and sustainable rural communities. The expectation is that by 2027The technology is in All operations of the Golden GroupIt covers Golden Home housing, the digital health system, energy networks, and agricultural nurseries.
