Does pork tenderloin help you lose weight?
According to nutritionist João Muzzy, pork tenderloin is a great option for those who are losing weight. In a video posted on TikTok, he highlights the nutritional benefits of meat.
“It is a great option to use even daily in the weight loss process,” he says. He says one serving contains about 125 calories and 24 grams of protein. That’s virtually the same amount of protein found in 100 grams of chicken breast, with fewer calories.
In other words, in addition to helping with satiety, pork tenderloin helps maintain muscle mass, which is essential when the goal is to lose fat without harming the body.
