The game
At the start of the match, in the 6th minute, Tomori touched the ball with his arm inside the area and committed a penalty. On the kick, Vlasic hit the right corner and opened the score of the match.
Zapata doubled the lead in the 17th minute. Vlasic managed a counter-attack from the defense and passed the ball to the Colombian to score the second goal of the match for the home team.
Milan pulled one back with Rabiot in the 24th minute. The Frenchman took a risk from distance and hit the angle to score Rubro-Negro’s first goal.
Coming back from the second half, Pulisic left everything the same. After a cross from Saelemaekers, the Croatian controlled the ball in the area and struck low to equalize.
The turning point comes in the 32nd minute of the second half, with Pulisic. After a good start on the right, the player took the play to the middle of the area and finished in the corner to give Milan the lead for the first time in the match.
Upcoming games
Milan will return to the field this Sunday (14/12), at 8:30 a.m. (Brasilia time), against Sassuolo at home. Torino, in turn, seeks to establish itself again in the competition and faces Cremonese this Saturday (13/12), at 11 a.m. (Brasilia time).
