Vox’s social media manager, Javier Esteban Bejarano, left the party and resigned from his position after being reported for sexual harassment by an ultra party member when he was a minor. The complaint, filed on the 12th at the police station in the Madrid district of Chamartín and published this Wednesday by ABCexplains that the manager of Vox, taking advantage of his position, subjected him to persecution for sexual purposes, sending him numerous WhatsApp messages, even though he knew he was only 16 years old, which made him “very uncomfortable”. On one occasion, “he became very annoying and accompanied me, getting closer than necessary, grabbing me, touching me with a sexual and libidinous spirit, without my consent,” says the complainant.
As soon as the complaint was made known, the community manager de Vox announced his departure from the party and resignation from his post and attributed the complaint to the internal war open to Revuelta, the youth organization linked to the ultra formation. Javier Esteban Bejarano is one of two former leaders of Revuelta who denounced that “hundreds of thousands of euros” collected for the victims of dana never reached their recipients and asked the president of the youth organization, Jaime Hernández, to make the organization’s accounts public. The complaint for alleged embezzlement is in the hands of the Madrid Provincial Prosecutor’s Office.
In a message published on the social network “This complaint against me is filed two years after the alleged events (occurring on October 29, 2023). But only a few days after my request to know the reality about the economic management of Revuelta. Everyone can see the relationship”, he writes.
On November 30, I reported that Jaime Hernández and Pablo González Gasca had refused to show the accounts that only they manage at Revuelta.
Now after leaking all kinds of audios and lies, they intend to portray me as a bad person.
I don’t know…

“In any case, in order not to harm Vox, I will request my immediate resignation as a member and abandon my professional responsibilities within the party. None of this has to do with the party. These are simply the efforts of Jaime (Hernández) and Pablo (González Gasca) to stay with Revuelta and continue to hide the accounts that they have managed and continue to manage without any control. I will prove my innocence. I highly doubt that others can do likewise,” he adds.
Even though Vox has tried to dissociate itself from the Revuelta crisis, its relationship with the youth brand is very close. Besides Esteban himself, the other complainant, Arturo Villa, is an advisor to MEP Jorge Buxadé in Brussels, while one of the three accused, Pablo González Gasca, works at the party’s headquarters on Bambú Street in Madrid. The latter was filed after recording and broadcasting internal conversations in which Buxadé himself, in addition to the party’s deputy secretary general, Montserrat Lluis, tried to impose an orderly liquidation of the youth organization, for fear that the scandal caused by the alleged embezzlement would end up damaging the party’s image.
