
Centennial number for the grassroots boy. This Sunday (21/12), Rayan, 19-year-old striker, played 100 official matches in the Vasco jersey during the V final, against Corinthians. The young player is trained in the youth categories of the black and white team, defending the team in important competitions.
Rayan arrived at Vasco when he was just six years old and played in all of the club’s youth teams. Thanks to his strong performances for Cruzmaltino, he was called up to the Brazilian national team under 15 and 17 years old. In fact, the player was a South American hopscotch champion.

The young striker was the youngest athlete to make his professional debut for Vasco. He entered the field at the age of 16 years, five months and 16 days, in a match valid for the 2023 Carioca Championship. For the club, Rayan found the net 23 times and distributed three assists.
In the current season, he played 57 matches for Vasco and scored 20 goals. He defended the club in important competitions, such as the Copa Sudamericana, Série A Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil and Campeonato Carioca.
