
New advance for the families there case residences: a judge asked the main drafter of the triage protocols to provide written opinions opposing the parties he considers discriminatory, according to the assurance of several thousand lawyers from family associations. The petition was filed after the author, Doctor Javier Martínez Peromingo, reiterated in a court in Collado de Villalba what he had said the day before in another court, in Plaza de Castilla. Peromingo, who made no statement to the press, is accused in several courts of the Community of Madrid of deaths without hospitalization that occurred during the first wave of the pandemic.
Also emerging today were the other people mentioned as being investigated: Carlos Mur, the high-ranking Health Council member who signed the protocols; and Pablo Busca, Summa 112 ambulance manager.
The case of Collado Villalba concerns the death of Luis Yanci at the age of 72 in the Sanitas Torrelodones residence, without coming from the Puerta de Hierro hospital.
