Ingredients:
- 6 chicken fillets
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- Oil for frying
- 1 can of ready-to-use tomato sauce (520g)
- 400 g sliced mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil to taste
Preparation method:
- Season the chicken fillets with garlic, salt and pepper and set aside.
- Lightly beat the eggs and pass the fillets in the beaten eggs then in the breadcrumbs, pressing to set.
