Advances in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies have impacted different sectors of the economy. In the legal field, for example, the need for precision, accountability and respect for ethical standards has made the development of digital solutions for law complex.
In this scenario, the JusDinânico platform, belonging to the legal solutions ecosystem of the Adali Group, announces the launch of the Dynamic AI tool, a proprietary artificial intelligence developed specifically to meet the real requirements of Brazilian legal routine.
Trained with a large data set and with the capacity to validate laws within consolidated jurisprudence, summaries, legislations and updated doctrines, in addition to normative instructions and public documents, the tool aims to reflect the linguistic and argumentative models typical of Brazilian law.
“The result is an AI capable of understanding not only what to write, but also how a Brazilian lawyer writes, argues and structures his legal reasoning, taking care of the individuality of each case,” explains Gian Nunes, co-founder of the Adali Group and technology specialist.
Lawyer Priscila Pinheiro, CEO of Adali Group, highlights that the main challenge in developing the solution was balancing advanced technology and legal rigor.
“While most AI is trained to respond broadly to a variety of topics, dynamic AI can understand not only legal language, but also ethical implications and legal techniques,” he explains.
According to her, ensuring that the system was limited to the Brazilian legal system required rigorous conservation of sources, avoiding any influence of foreign legislation.
“The training on the tool was structured based on selected national legal bases, such as judicial decisions of different courts, doctrines, legal codes and document models used in forensic practice,” he comments.
To ensure the system works only with national information, the team adopted a closed, specialized model architecture that no longer searches for answers in generic content or on the Internet. In this way, the entire base is made up of validated and updated materials, with specific sections of Brazilian legislation.
“This specialization can avoid contamination by irrelevant or contradictory information, a common problem in generalist models. In addition, the use of AI is exclusive to lawyers, seeking to guarantee the final validation of the professional,” emphasizes Nunes.
Recently, OpenAI, responsible for models like ChatGPT, changed its usage policies to prevent its tools from being used for personalized medical diagnosis or legal advice, areas that require a professional license. For the CEO of the Adali Group, the decision highlights the need for specialized technologies, capable of meeting the requirements of regulated sectors without compromising user security.
“In practice, Dinâmico IA positions itself as a resource capable of expanding the capabilities of the lawyer, without replacing him. Therefore, our commitment remains firm in matters of ethics, technique and respect for legal practice,” says Pinheiro.
The next steps are to expand the platform’s functionality with strategic recommendations based on similar cases, optimize the legal chat experience, and leverage each firm’s internal intellectual property base.
“The goal is to make Dynamic AI more complete, a true legal co-pilot that accompanies the lawyer from the examination of the file to the conclusion of an appeal,” concludes Nunes.
