Knewin has announced the arrival of Dedila Costa as its new Chief Customer Officer (CCO). The executive is responsible for the customer area with the goal of fostering a more integrated, strategic and data-driven journey for the company’s more than 2,000 customers, at a time of rapid expansion of reputation solutions and the advancement of Knewin AI.
With an Executive MBA from COPPEAD/UFRJ and a Master’s in Leadership and Management from Fundação Dom Cabral, Dedila has more than 15 years of experience leading growth, sales and customer success strategies in SaaS companies. For the past 10 years, he has worked at Gupy, where he was Vice President of Computer Science and Sales and played a central role in strengthening HRTech as a leader in Latin America. His path includes mergers, acquisitions, multi-product expansion, and transformation of large-scale customer relationship models.
Didela’s arrival reinforces Knewin’s move to elevate customer experience as a strategic pillar, especially in a context where technology and artificial intelligence have expanded the possibilities for analysis, automation and decision-making in communications and corporate reputation.
In her first words as COO, she said: “Knewin plays a unique role in the market by connecting technology, data, AI and reputation. I am very excited to contribute to generating more value for our customers, helping them grow through our product ecosystem and an increasingly integrated and strategic experience.”
The executive arrives at a time of significant developments, including the evolution of Knewin AI, an artificial intelligence platform launched in 2025 that now integrates data from social networks, as well as radio, TV, print and digital – enhancing multi-channel visibility into reputation and public opinion.
With leading client Dedila, Knewin is strengthening its growth strategy and positioning it as an integrated technology and data ecosystem for the company’s reputation.
Founded in 2011, Knewin is a complete enterprise reputation management ecosystem, with solutions for media monitoring, reputation management, competitive benchmarks, industry trends, crisis management, strategic public relations and news publishing. With the largest journalistic content coverage in Latin America, the company is now moving into a new era with Knewin.AI, expanding the use of generative AI to support strategic decisions with greater accuracy, context and speed.
